Lovely Delites food blogger, Hannah, from Los Angeles, says the Hollywood star’s salad is perfect to practice chopping skills as the ingredients are finely diced for maximum flavor. The salad – which is a unique take on a traditional Cobb – was first brought to light in 2010, when Aniston’s Friends co-star Courteney Cox shared details about it in an interview with the Los Angeles Times, revealing at the time that Aniston would make it for her female castmates every day.
‘It was a Cobb salad that Jennifer doctored up with turkey bacon and garbanzo beans and I don’t know what,’ she shared. ‘She just has a way with food, which really helps. Because if you’re going to eat the same salad every day for 10 years, it’d better be a good salad, right?’
