Applications are invited to apply for the Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation Scholarship 2026 in Taiwan. All International students are welcome to apply for the academic scholarship program. The Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation is awarding distinguished academic scholarships to overseas Master’s and Doctoral candidates studying at Taiwanese universities. These scholarships are available for academic session of 2026-2027.

This new fellowship, funded by the Rotary International Taiwan Foundation, intends to assist highly motivated international students in pursuing master’s or doctoral degrees while also promoting academic excellence and cultural exchange. The initiative helps young scholars do advanced research in Taiwan while also encouraging them to exemplify Rotary’s goal of service and peace. Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for the Chung Hwa Rotary Educational Foundation scholarship 2026, you must:

  • Enroll as a master’s or doctoral student at a university in Taiwan.
  • Must be under 35 years old at the time of application.
  • Not be a Rotarian, a Rotarian’s direct descendant, or a Rotaractor.
  • Do not hold another scholarship throughout the award time.
